Everything Zelvo does

Everything below submits one of the same 50 actions, whether you fill the form or ask the assistant.

1.0

Five ways a transaction gets in

Zelvo holds no connection to any bank, by choice. A statement file, a receipt photo, a spoken line, a typed sentence and a hand-entered row all end up on the same review screen.

All plans
  1. 1.1

Import presets cover 11 banks: mBank, PKO BP, ING Bank Śląski, Santander Polska, Bank Millennium, Bank Pekao, monobank, PrivatBank, Revolut, Wise and N26. Anything else goes through the generic CSV reader.

  2. 1.2

The assistant reads PDF statements up to 4 MB.

  3. 1.3

New rows are matched against your last 200 confirmed merchants by exact match, with no model involved. You approve the batch before anything books.

  4. 1.4

Photograph a receipt, say the expense out loud, or type it as one sentence such as lunch $12. Each route lands on the review screen before anything books, unless you have granted standing permission for that action.

2.0

Budgets, limits and the weekly review

Zelvo turns what it finds into proposals and keeps at most six open.

All plans
  1. 2.1

Every change goes through one contract of 50 action types. The form and the assistant submit the same action, and the server runs the same checks on both.

  2. 2.2

Set a limit on a category and Zelvo watches the pace against the same day of the previous cycle. Pass 140% of that pace and Zelvo raises one proposal and names the gap.

  3. 2.3

Between reviews Zelvo watches six events: your pay landing, a category running hot, a crunch in the forecast, a bill that repeats, cash sitting idle, and a plan step coming due. All six are computed, with no model deciding whether to interrupt you.

  4. 2.4

Zelvo sends at most one push a day, and never before 09:00 or after 21:00 local time. It opens at most two proposals a day and keeps at most six open. Nothing arrives on weekly-review day.

3.0

Forecasts that carry dates

Zelvo projects your balance forward, then dates the month each debt clears and each goal completes.

Basic and up
  1. 3.1

Choose 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Zelvo projects a month-end balance and a net worth figure for every month in the range, and amortises each debt under the interest model it carries — percentage on the original balance, percentage on the remaining balance, or a flat fee.

  2. 3.2

The forecast names the month each debt clears and the month each goal completes. It marks a goal on time, late or unreachable, and flags a debt spiral while it is still forming.

  3. 3.3

Test a change against six levers in the sandbox: income, category limits, extra debt payments, goal contributions, a cash reserve held back, and a purchase you have not made yet. Your real budget stays untouched.

  4. 3.4

Name an outcome, such as out of overdraft by March. Zelvo sets the monthly pace from an amount you choose, your target date, or half your surplus. The plan caps at 24 monthly steps and re-plans at most once every 28 days.

4.0

An assistant that proposes first

The assistant submits the same actions a form submits, under tighter rules.

All plans
  1. 4.1

Approve a proposal and Zelvo executes it, then leaves a receipt with Undo beside it. Undo applies an inverse action stored at the moment the change was written.

  2. 4.2

Destructive and outward-facing actions — deletes, archives, invites, ownership transfers — are refused in server code unless the request carries your explicit approval, and that is the same code a form goes through. No wording inside a chat message substitutes for that approval.

  3. 4.3

Grant standing permission for exactly five non-destructive action types, each scoped to a budget, with an optional per-execution amount ceiling and an optional expiry. Deleting, archiving, inviting and transferring ownership can never be granted, and one switch pauses all of it.

  4. 4.4

Once a grant has a meaningful run of executions behind it, Zelvo demotes that automation itself when its undo rate passes 5%. The assistant goes back to asking for that action, and you approve each change again.

5.0

Four roles, seven currencies

Zelvo runs in English, Polish and Ukrainian, and treats seven currencies as first class. A shared budget gives each person a role, and the server enforces it.

All plansShare links: Pro
  1. 5.1

Four roles — Viewer, Editor, Admin and Owner. The same check runs whether the request comes from a button or from the assistant, because both go through the server.

  2. 5.2

Invite a collaborator by email, change their role later, or transfer ownership of the budget outright. Pro adds share links.

  3. 5.3

One transaction can belong to two budgets at once. A supply run counts for the household and for the side business, and this works on every plan, including Free.

  4. 5.4

UAH, PLN, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and CHF are all first class. A transaction that crosses currencies stores the rate it used, so an old month keeps the number it had when rates move.

6.0

Wallets you keep the keys to

Zelvo watches wallets it cannot spend from, and the cash line counts only money you can spend.

All plansIn-app execution: Pro
  1. 6.1

Watch wallets on five chains: EVM, Bitcoin, Solana, Tron and TON. The address format alone tells Zelvo which chain it is, and Bitcoin accepts xpub, ypub or zpub for a whole wallet. Bitcoin, Tron and TON stay watch only.

  2. 6.2

Import a broker statement, or read an exchange balance once with a read-only key that lives in memory for a single call and is never stored. Both routes feed net worth only.

  3. 6.3

Zelvo can generate a wallet for you. It shows the seed exactly once, keeps it encrypted at rest, and never decrypts one in order to sign — every signature happens in a wallet you control.

  4. 6.4

The yield shelf normalises 12 sources into one table of protocol, chain, asset, APY, TVL and risk band, with a 30-day average APY shown beside the current rate wherever one is available. Rates change and capital is at risk. Four of the 12 execute in-app on Pro, signed and broadcast by your own wallet, and Zelvo takes no fee and no referral cut.
